Surface Preparation

• Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dampness, dirt and other contamination.
• For areas severely affected by algae and fungi, ensure that the surface is completely cleaned before initiating the painting process
• Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days.
• Eco-friendly Lead Content - Less than 90 PPM
• - UV Resistance : relative to colour

Thinning

• Stir well before thinning the Paint

• Mix 40 - 45% of potable water

Application Procedure

• Ensure that fresh walls are coated with one to two coats of white cement before initiating the painting process
• Apply 1 – 2 coats of Wall Primer Exterior with an interval of 3 – 4 hrs between subsequent coats
• Sanding of the first / second coat of Wall Primer Exterior can be done using #320 Sandpaper
• Apply 2 coats of Campus Exterior Emulsion with an interval of 4 to 5 hours between subsequent coats. Sanding of the first coat of top coat can be done with #600 Sandpaper
• The number of coats of top coat depends on the chosen colour
• Darker shades may require additional coats

• Sand the surface using #180 Sandpaper and clean thoroughly. Ensure that no loose particles are sticking to the wall
• Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. The coating process can be started after a minimum period of 30 days.
• Thinning

• Stir well before thinning the Paint

• Mix 40 - 45% of potable water

Application Procedure

• Ensure that fresh walls are coated with one to two coats of white cement
• Apply 2 coats of Wall Primer Interior with an interval of 3 – 4 hrs between subsequent coats
• Undulations in the wall can be levelled using any good quality acrylic putty or cement powder putty
• Putty should be used between the first and second coat of Wall Primer Interior . Sanding of the putty shall be done as per recommendation
• Apply 2 coats of Visa Interior Emulsion with an interval of 4 to 5 hours between subsequent coats, after subjecting the second coat of Wall Primer Interior to sanding with #320 Sandpaper
• Sanding of the first coat of top coat can be done with #600 Sandpaper
• The number of coats of top coat depends on the chosen colour
• Darker shades may require additional coats

Sanding of the first / second coat of Altura Wall Primer can be done using #320 Sandpaper

Topcoat can be applied after an interval of 4 - 5 hrs of the second coat of Altura Wall Primer

For Exterior Walls

Ensure that fresh walls are coated with one or two coats of white cement

Apply 1 to 2 coats of Altura Wall Primer with an interval of 4 - 5 hrs between subsequent coats

Sanding of the first / second of Altura Wall Primer can be done using #320 Sandpaper

Topcoat can be applied after an interval of 4 - 5 hrs of the second coat of Altura Wall Primer

• Apply 1 to 2 coats of AquaFresh Wall Primer with an interval of 4 - 5 hrs between subsequent coats
• Sanding of the second coat of AquaFresh Wall Primer can be done using #320 Sandpaper
• Topcoat can be applied after an interval of 4 - 5 hrs of the second coat of AquaFresh Wall Primer
